Not given support I desperately need!!

Was given a care coordinator and psych but only for one phone call!! I have been suicidal with complex mh needs and left with no support at all! They even watered down what I told them and as per usual their record keeping is so skewed in favour of them and NOT patients. I have complex Ptsd /Borderline schizoprenia and severe depression. They said oh we will refer you to Mind they will provide support-I do not think a 20 min phone call once a week is anywhere near the support I NEED! Am at risk.
