Lots of activities

Very good staff and care for my husband, lots of activities on offer, very encouraging and keep him engaged at all times.
Inconsistent staff but good care.

Have noticed improvement in the care provided at the home in recent weeks. They are reliant on agency staff so the consistency with staff is not great but understandable. We get on really well with the home and Mum is really happy there.

I had concerns about the area of the home my husband was staying in. Due to his early life experiences I didn't feel where he was was suitable but I raised this with staff and they moved him quickly. Towards the end I would've liked them to keep me informed a bit more but they were very good overall.
