Have used Christies for many months.

The quality of the service has deteriorated over the last year or so. Nevertheless, they have some lovely Carers. One trouble is the way they organise things so you can not have the same Carers back on a rota......total lack of continuity. Also the office staff and advisers are "out of touch" and occasionally downright unhelpful.

Having regular care staff would be better.

Having regular care staff would be better due to the condition; but generally have been happy with the care provided so far, but it's early days. Staff in the office are not always as helpful as you'd hope especially if you are experiencing problems.
