Delayed reviews

Generally good but seems to have some problems in communication. I was supposed to get an X Ray for my knees but the authority was lost between the local cottage hospital and the surgery. I am supposed to have an annual review of my skin cancer but I have heard nothing for 3 years. Covid-19 has certainly been a factor. I was supposed to have a personal doctor having reached 75 almost 10 years ago, I still have not met him or received an invitation to do so.
