Need to be more welcoming

Reception staff still unhelpful . No hello. Telephone and computer takes priority. . When standing for attention and 4 staff on duty all involved with computers. Staff need training to be welcoming and you won’t feel a nuisance! Medical staff very inviting with a smile .
