Positive change
Noticed a change in receptionists that is positive. They are much more pleasant, even though they ask more questions than previously. I know why now and they do it in a pleasant manner. I was offered a GP appointment, but not for 3 weeks, which I did feel wasn't appropriate for the what I felt needed more urgent attention, but they were unable to offer anything sooner. I was however, able to access blood tests here, which is helpful and making the next appointment for a months time, was easy to do. It is just access to GP's that is much more difficult and I do understand the demand is high.
