They seemed to forget about me

The Ambulance service dropped me off at A & E in Colchester as I was experiencing extreme pain from what I believed to be my gall bladder. I was left initially for about an hour in the freezing cold, I was then taken for an X-ray and again they seemed to just leave me, I thought they had forgotten about me. I asked for some pain relief but I could not have any until my blood test was done and back. Then the doctor was very rude to me and asked me if I had thought by coming here by ambulance I would get bumped up the list? this question offended me. I went home and went to see my own doctor who sorted out my operation that I needed very quickly, I cannot speak more highly of my doctor at Lawford surgery.
