Colchester General Hospital (Part of the East suffolk and north essex nhs foundation trust)



confusing booking system for ENT appts.

I was referred to ENT the appointment didn't arrive for ages. I was called by someone from Milton Keynes who said that the surgery should've given me a letter to book my appointment at Colchester. I was never given any written confirmation just verbally by the staff member in Milton Keynes. The service was quick at Colchester and staff were really lovely. It was a strange booking system.
