Really great care

The care from staff in a number of departments has been really great but the administration is where it falls down. I cancelled an appointment when I was given an earlier appointment but this was not cancelled off the system and was still showing I would be attending in July and there was no note on my file to say I'd just had an appointment. The consultant operated on me at 7pm after ey had had delays during the day. I had the treatment and was discharged soon after
