Poor communications

Unable to make any sort of contact with department to change an appointment/day/time - message taken. 1. Do not leave recorded messages on my brother's phone. He is mentally incapacitated (I am his deputy) and he is very hard of hearing. 2. Mark his file/ records and know to contact me about his mental incapacity. 3. Sound like you want to help (even if you don't). We all have days when we don't want to work. Manners cost absolutely nothing - not even to the NHS !!
