Has improved
I call up and book appointments by phone and feel that reception have improved, it doesn't feel as rushed when talking to them. When I called today I was 1st in the queue and then had a call back quickly form a GP. After talking to them I was then given an appointment to come in and see them, so I'm very pleased with how it has all worked. I don't use online services but there is no pressure to by staff when you say you don't which is good.
