I dont like being asked whats wrong when booking

For a specific doctor the waiting time for appointments was about 2 weeks but generally it's not been as long as that. Care from doctors and nurses has been good. I don't like being asked what is wrong with me to book an appointment and when I've said I only want to discuss it with the doctor the response isn't always great.
