Combs Ford Surgery



I have waited over an hour

Staff can be very short with you especially when you are trying to get an ppointment. They just want to get you off the phone. Medical staff have all been ok and I'm happy with everyone I've seen. In the past I've waited over an hour for my appointment but they don't tell you if there are long delays. If you ask you are told that you are in the queue. Once you are through the booking process the care is good. Getting a blood test can take 3 weeks. If you use online booking it works for non-urgent advanced bookings but if you try to get an appointment for the next day they would all be gone
