Poor. Getting appointments is hard, staff rude, doctors contradictory but nurses great

Getting appointments is very difficult and continuity is a problem. Doctors also contradict each other with advice. At times staff can be a bit rude when I say I'd prefer not to say why I need an appointment. I have a really good relationship with the nurses and they have been great.
