Combs Ford Surgery



Doctors and nurses are really good.

Doctors and nurses are really good but at times the receptionists can be a little harsh. They can be quite judgmental at times and not very understanding, the courtesy and politeness sign should work both ways. The fans in the surgery can make it quite chilly in the waiting room. Staff are helpful generally so this maks it a good surgery. Due to mum's condition she forgets things so I try to arrange appointments when I'm around but if there were a system that could remind her of her appointment nearer the time it would help.
