Poor communication
I was verbally told of an appointment but it was never confirmed. I had no time slot either. I called and the receptionist made me feel like it was my fault and she was more busy than anyone. She had no empathy for my child who bolted out the door last time as they were so behind. She was rude too. She also said parents must remember to call every 6 months to book a check up as we can’t book them in advance in case we forget! She said it’s like that at every dentist. Never heard of that before.
