Face to face appointment
We were able to see them face to face. I am not sure we would have been able to do anything online, so that was good. At the initial assessment we had a referral for a head scan, which has now been had, and we are due back at the service for further discussion. The person was very lovely and we are seeing the same person again as far as we know, which I think is key for consistency and familiarity. We did not get given any information. (gave them info for dementia together)
