Didn't acknowledge husband

The midwife I saw at the Thetford Healthy Living Centre wasn't great as she didn't even acknowledge my husband during the appointment. My current midwife at Stanton has been amazing. I find it odd that you can only access the Maternity Hub and speak to a midwife Mon-Fri. If it's out of hours you have to call 111. For any contact with a midwife you have to go through the hub so have to leave a message each time and then wait for the midwife to call you back. In Essex mums are given a timetable so you can see who to call on which days, something like that would really help.
