Horrible

Every time I phone to make an appointment I'm made to feel bad as apparently they are so busy. I get told they will call me as will have to make me an extra appointment. Sorry I'm pregnant and need my routine appointment. There is a total lack of communication somewhere along the line. I had a routine appointment I changed this. I attended but there was some concern's i was told I need to go back in a few days. They would text me at 8.30 am by 10.30 I still hadn't heard I called Bury they told me a note was given but she would text again. I waited all day & heard nothing at 3.45 I had a voicemail saying I had missed my routine appointment (the cancelled one) I tried to call back they shut at 3 pm so I've been left stressed out all weekend.
