Community Nursing Team - Integrated Neighbourhood Team


Reliable and professional

This is a team of about 12 or 14 community nurses I think, I had 2 skin tears one on my arm and one on my leg as I have very thin fragile skin. The community nurses came out to me twice a week to start with, they used good standard of dressings that kept on and in place and dry. I was impressed. The nurses were always reliable and their attitude was kind and professional. They regularly took photos of my areas on my skin. I am now healed and discharged from the service but I would recommend them.
