Good

My community voice carers are mainly from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; they are doing a very good job despite some initial difficulties. One person is not pulling their weight. I have labarinthitis and a 3 wheel walker.
Despite the early retirement of my doctor and many changes in staff they are now doing a very good job with a pleasant surgery and new staff

Very friendly carers

My carers are very friendly. They help me to shower, dress and get ready. I have visits in the morning, lunchtime, tea time and to get me ready for bed. Each visit lasts about 1/2 hour. I know all my carers well and they are very very good to me.
Agency listened and responded quickly

My mother transferred to the new care provider but they initially put male carers in to do her care. This was too much for her so we spoke with the agency and they very quickly changed the rotas and the carers visiting to females. The carers all do a very good job and everyone is willing to listen.
