On computer, not looking at you

Usually wait is 10 minutes. I really don't like it when they are on their computer and not looking at you in appointments. I had called to say blood test was not right, but when I went for the appointment the doctor didn't know why I had been told this. It doesn't worry me that I don't see the same doctor all the time. The nurses are really first class and you are able to get an appointment when you need one.
