Being able to see the same Dr would be better

Previously I had booked an appointment with a doctor as I knew that the nurse wouldn't be able to deal with the situation but when I turned up i had an appointment with the nurse who then had to get the doctor in. As I have a complicated medical history it helps to see the same doctor to save time explaining everything. Changes in medication from the hospital are not actioned and on two occasions the repeat prescription has been lost and I've had to chase it.
