Brilliant !!

I needed to see a GP urgently and was visiting friends. I only live in Ipswich and thought I would be asked to go back and see my own GP but I rang. I was offered a telephone triage appointment and after this I was seen promptly (within the hour) and my problem resolved. I would never have expected this from my own GP let alone a surgery I was just visiting. Having had a fantastic experience I felt it necessary to show my experience
