Very, very bad - So bad I have left!
I have had a number of negative experiences: I called when my elderly mother was telling me she was suicidal and I couldn't get an appointment and I wasn't offered any advice or signposting, I waited for an hour for a flu jab last year and when I got to the front of the queue I was told they were closing (I was less than pleased because they had run out of one of the vaccines!), I called the practice manager on five separate occasions and didn'tgeta single return call.
