Fair but hard to get appointments

Getting appointments is still a problem and people still queue at the surgery. When you do get through the appointments are gone. Getting to the East Bergholt surgery is difficult so it's easier to have appointments here. It's a bit better to have the call waiting system on the phone. You are offered a call back but that doesn't work for all issues. '
