Very helpful

Non medical staff are very helpful and do what they can under pressure. Medical staff are good, most of the time I can get an appointment but it can be frustrating being on hold for some time but it is so much better than the previous system. Because you see different doctors at each appointment it takes away the personal element and they often haven't read your notes before the appointment.
