Improved recently

Can get appointments when I need them, its improved more recently. If I can't be seen I will be offered a phone call. Chairs could do with being replaced as they are split. When consistency is lacking it means that the bigger picture is missed as history is not taken in to consideration. When medications are discussed it can get very confusing and it would help if a bullet pointed note could be given to help remember what is changing. Reception staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional.
