Managed to get an appointment today

I needed an urgent appointment today and did manage to get one but normally its very difficult to get one. I was offered a triage appointment which did work ok, it would be better to have an open surgery session like another local surgery does. It would be good to have toys for the children especially as appointments often run late. Explanations from GPs can vary depending who you see.
