Constable Country Medical Practice - East Bergholt Surgery

There have been a couple of times when I've been given an appointment here but told I should be at Capel. I also had an occasion at Capel when I arrived I was told I was late but luckily I had my booking card which had the time I'd arrived written on it. It's not always clear that I've ben booked to see a nurse practitioner rather than a GP. Overall staff are very good. I would like more explanation so that I know what to expect and what side effects may result from taking new medication. It would be nice to see the same doctor but I realise this is not always possible now
