One star is too much!

A complete shambolic service which is getting worse by the minute. The appointment system was unacceptable and the new system is even worse! Who, in the working world has time or the freedom to be called back later in the day, not me for sure. If I’m ill I need to see someone speedily and determine my ability to work and recover for whatever it is that is ailing me!
