Hardwicke House Practice Group - Cornard Surgery



Appointment system isn't flexible enough

Due to the medication I'm on, it is very difficult to call first thing in the morning for an appointment, but when I do call, all the appointments are gone. The only option I'm given is to book an appointment in about two weeks time, but sometimes, I need it quicker than that. Doctors are very good, they listen to your problems and you don't feel rushed. Reception staff sometimes need a smile on their face.
