Rude, Condescending receptionist
I called to make an appointment (10/01/22) this morning and politely gave my name and address. When asked why I was calling I replied "I'd like to make an appointment" to which the receptionist groaned at me, sighed and said "right let's try that again. Why are you calling?" The rudeness in her manner and tone is lost in written form, but it was such an unnecessary amount of condescending and bad attitude towards me for answering her question. What she apparently meant was "what is it that you need to see the doctor for?" It is her responsibility, and profession, to ask questions clearly and also to not get pissy at someone's response to her questions when she asks them unclearly.
