Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Efficient Friendly Professional

When I finally found a vacant appointment nearer to my home I took it. However finding the second appointment not so good I would rather have mine within the guidelines quoted 3 to 6 weeks my appointment is over 12 weeks apart but it was the only one on offer. I am at the moment trying to find an appointment for an elderly lady of 86 nearer to her home as the only ones on offer at the moment are miles away she cant get there as they are too far away.
