Disabled seating
I was ushered into the waiting room at IHT Education Center where the chairs were spaced out and when i asked where i should park my chair I was told to go between two chairs. When I mentioned that this was not socially distanced from others waiting the person walked off. I asked someone else and they then kindly moved a chair which I was not able to do. In other areas space was made for me by moving chairs but in the post injection waiting room the spacing seemed to be far too close. A Sister did come in and remove a row of chairs but the spacing still seemed too close for comfort. In the first waiting room we were ushered in and then as the queue moved outside a voice just announced next. As we were given a form to complete on arrival it was impossible to know who came in before you and who came in after you. There was a lot of confusion.
