Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Well organised at Vaccination centre

Was telephoned to book an appointment for next day at Long Melford/Lavenham. Needed to collect form at main surgery, but already had a form. Forms could have been made available closer, maybe Vaccination Centre. Organisation by volunteers before going into centre brilliant. Well organised at centre for Vaccinations. Everyone pleased to be vaccinated. Surprised tho that some people rang up to arrange vaccination when already vaccinated - thought IT would eleminate this. But better to be phoned twice than not at all! Well done in our area.
