Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Could not fault service. Quick,professional

Very surprised though that there seems to be a duplication of effort between the Suffolk GP Federation and the main NHS vacination programme. You both appear to be working from the same contact lists! I received my NHS invite last Wednesday and managed to get vaccinated very quickly last Saturday at Gainsborough Sports centre that being the nearest place under offer on ther web page. Very impressed with the speed and effeciency of that centre . More than happy to have my 2nd jab there. But also last Saturday I received a letter from the GP Federation inviting me to book for a 1st jab at, I assume. one of their centres. Would have probably been more convenient to book in there as I live just outside Woodbridge . But I had no idea if. when or where that might be a possibility. I mentioned this duplication to the Doctor who gave me my jab and with raised eyebrows he just smiled and said "you are not the first person who has mentioned this confusion". Is this just a teathing problem that will be rectified as you advance through the roll out programme ?
