Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


On time. Safe. Friendly. Excellent

Arrived. Free parking. Signs and someone to direct me. Well spaced and well organised. Large room to wait for 15 mins after vaccination. Two things to improve. 1. We had to provide our NHS number. Why were we handed a yellow sticky with our NHS number on to hand to the next person. We could have just told the second person the number to reduce contact and keep the 2m distance. 2. The factsheet is available online so I didn't need to be handed that either
