Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Well organised, safe and efficient

Lots of parking at Gainsborough Sports Centre Ipswich and clear directions. Safe entry into Gainsborough Sports centre. Well spaced out waiting area. Plenty of helpful staff. Private booth for vaccination. Sitting area for post vaccine. Two days after vaccine, received three texts and two letters requesting that I book a vaccine. Phoned to inform that I had been vaccinated. This took one hour to get through. Recording System needs looking at.
