Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Extremely efficient & friendly

Was phoned on a Monday morning for an appointment at Saxmundham Health on the Wednesday afternoon at Saxmundham Surgery. Asked if my partner could attend at the same time & this was agreed (we're both over 70). There was no need to book an appointment online. Walked 200 yards from home to the appointment. Vaccination process was explained in a very friendly way. After vaccination, waited at the surgery for 15 minutes in case of negative reactions to the jab. Walked home for a cup of tea.
