Efficient and well-organised
The booking system is inadequate. I received my text on the first day of snow. The booking website had crashed and the phoneline was shut due to the high volume of calls. This was understandable. But because the system can only book for both jabs, I was advised to log on and book for both or else I wouldn't get a 2nd and just not turn up for the 1st. My husband was told his 2nd was cancelled when he arrived for his 1st but has been unable to rebook as his code is no longer valid and when, after 2 days of holding, he got through on the phone they couldn't book him in and just resent the same code.
