Attending the appointment was straightforward and simplified and lead by a team of friendly staff at West Suffolk Hospital. Despite being deaf and relied on lipreading, staff were too happy to pull down their mask as to communicate with me at a safe distance or behind screen. Information was conveyed very clearly. my whole trip at the venue took less than 20 minutes. A very impressive service and experience.
