ease of booking and amendment of appointment.

Email notification and link for booking appointments were straightforward and uncomplicated. provision of map, highlighting car park and location map greatly assisted in reducing time searching for location and reducing unnecessary length of time spent visiting. Attending the appointment was straightforward and simplified and lead by a team of friendly staff at West Suffolk Hospital. Despite being deaf and relied on lipreading, staff were too happy to pull down their mask as to communicate with me at a safe distance or behind screen. Information was conveyed very clearly. my whole trip at the venue took less than 20 minutes. A very impressive service and experience.
