Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Very efficient and friendly service

I had my first vaccination at Ipswich Hospital. All staff and volunteers were helpful and friendly and put patient at their ease straight away. The vaccinator was kind and explained each step of the process. There were friendly volunteers who were on hand to give clear direction and seats were spaced out in line with social distancing. Can’t fault the service, even though everyone was extremely busy.
