easy to book very smooth efficient service

(Kirkley Mill) I have a minor criticism. I received my invitation a few weeks before I was expecting it which is great but as it came via text message I was concerned in case it was a scam so I called the number to check. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to at East Coast Access suggested it was a scam and I only looked into it further after considering that it was addressed to me personally. It would be helpful if all staff were aware that notifications were legitimate by text as if told it is a scam people may not proceed to book their vaccine appointments. The appointment at Kirkley Mill was excellent.
