Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback


Absolutely outstanding service

I was the first app at 8.20 am yesterday straight after doing a night shift. I was a sobbing wreck the minute I arrived but the vaccinator was absolutely fantastic. I was allocated a 5 min app like everyone but I was in there for half an hour trying to deal with my anxieties (mainly the unknown of what side effects may happen due to the hyper sensitive nature of suffering with fibromyalgia) Clare the vaccinator is an absolute credit to the nhs and was only due to her understanding and patience that allowed me to go ahead with having the vaccine as had caused huge anxiety for me
