Original feedback for

Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback

It was quick and easy however I had 2 issues

My first issue is the nurse had not seen my health records and was not aware that I have had breast cancer and had lymph nodes removed from my right arm pit and should not have the jab in that arm. Fortunately I mentioned this when I was asked which arm I would prefer. It should be one of the questions asked before jabbing. I was unaware of this so it was fortunate that I happened to mention it. Secondly I was given the vaccine leaflet after the jab. It clearly stated on the leaflet that the leaflet should be read before taking the vaccine. Why on earth we were given the leaflet afterwards? I asked a nurse friend of mine and she said she had been given the leaflet to read while waiting and that this should be happening everywhere.
