Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback



Covid jab was fine very efficient .

Had the first jab Feb 2021. Following on from this i have been inundated with texts asking me to make appointments for my vaccination? Received phone calls asking why i have not taken the offer of vaccination, explained i have had first jab. Then received letter from Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group March 2021 stating that their records show i have not had my vaccination yet, why not? I went to the vaccination centre ,explained situation to them, was told i need to talk to my GP surgery to check medical records. I did this, again explained situation, they checked my records and found that my vaccination had not been registered , they would sort it. 3 weeks and three telephone calls plus one visit in person by my wife, who found out that her records were not updated either and our medical records still have not been updated. We are now ending our 10th week since first jab, we can not book second jab as no record of first jab. What a joke, very concerned and confused. Please help.
