Your COVID-19 vaccination feedback



Delayed 2nd Dose

Myself and my Sister were not contacted by the Reynard Surgery to book our second Covid-19 vaccine. Their website and Facebook tells you not to call the surgery about vaccine appointments and so you sit and wait for the phone to ring or the post to arrive. As we had still not heard by 11.5 weeks after our first vaccines we called the surgery to be informed there were no appointments left to have our vaccines within the 12 weeks and we would have to wait until the end of the 13th week. We were also refused an explanation as to why our second vaccines were not booked in to meet the approved interval whilst other GP surgeries in the area are vaccinating people earlier than the 12 week interval including those in the 10th week.
