Went without medication

Normally good but when I've had problems with medication they and the surgery blame each other for the problems and it has meant that I've gone without my medication for a week.

It's a good pharmacy with helpful staff but it would be even better if they were open on Saturdays as that would be really helpful.

They are normally very good, medications available when needed and although you do have to wait in the queue outside at the moment the advice and help has been great.

I go the the pharmacy before I go to the doctor in many circumstances as quicker and easier and they give very good advice, they are also great at getting the medications I need.

I have COPD and regularly collect my medication from Croasdales. They know me and keep an eye on me, they notice if anything is different. They once noticed I was unwell, gave me some checks and called an ambulance for me! Exemplary!!
