Repeat prescriptions are ok

My repeat presecriptions are done monthly, you do have to put it in a good week beforehand if you want it ready. I always hand my prescription in and tick the boxes what is needed. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Wait longer than 72 hrs for medications

Although good you do generally have to wait longer than the 72 hrs they say for a prescription. The medicationa are all there when they finally are ready but you may have had to visit a couple of times before its ready. When getting there is difficult it becomes frustrating.
Some difficulties

I find it difficult to get some of my medications from this pharmacy for some reason.
Not told I could reclaim the cost

Doctors keep prescribing medication for an ongoing issue and the last time it was really expensive but I paid and enquired about a pre paid card. The next time it did cost less and I was given a reclaim form but was not offered this the first time which wasn't good considering how much it cost.
Staff are good

Prescriptions take time to be prepared. Staff are good but it can be up to a week at times for medication to be available.
Good but sometimes mistakes with prescriptions

Some small glitches at times. We've had someone else's prescription in our bag. Also we've had extra items included when they haven't been ticked on the prescription

Very good service, deliver prescriptions. They always check what I need. Everything is no trouble for and they will always explain things really well. They are incredibly friendly and know you personally

A very professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and we are always greeted with a smile and a helpful face.
Also the pharmacist's knowledge and willingness to help with any issue is a credit to the pharmacy
